Dr. Noel Lloyd
Founder, Head Coach of Five Star Management
Dr. Noel Lloyd is the founder of Five Star Management, a professional training, coaching and consulting service based in Seattle, WA. He has 25 years experience helping Chiropractors achieve and maintain phenomenal success in their field, their practices, and their lives.
Dr. Lloyd developed the Five Star system after a skiing accident left him unable to practice. Rather than selling his practice, Dr. Lloyd designed a training program that quickly brought associates to success so that they could handle his busy practice. He rehabilitated his injuries with Chiropractic care and was restored to health despite the bleak prognosis he was given by medical doctors.
Doctors who join the Five Star team receive the benefit of Dr. Lloyd’s 25 years of consulting experience, during which time he has helped thousands of Chiropractors reach the peak of their game. Dr. Lloyd is invested in all his clients’ success. He applies the same determination, attentiveness and business savvy to his clients’ practices as he does to his own successful offices in Seattle.
Dr. Lloyd graduated from Palmer College in 1971 at the age of 22 and became the youngest practicing Chiropractor in the state of Washington. He still enjoys practicing to this day. He has been a guest lecturer at the University of Washington, Seattle Pacific University, Evergreen State College, Life Chiropractic College and Cleveland Chiropractic College. He and his wife Kate have two sons, a daughter-in-law and one grandchild.
Dr. George Birnbach

Dr. George Birnbach brings 15 years of professional consulting experience to Five Star Management. He specializes in functional learning, leadership, and communication techniques and rolled it all into his own system called the Automatic Office. The Automatic Office converts complex systems into simple, self-running protocols. Using the Automatic Office techniques, Dr. Birnbach has helped over 200 practices dramatically improve their productivity.
Over the last 10 years, Dr. Birnbach has personally founded and built four cash-based million-dollar clinics and enjoys sharing the systems that made this possible. As a senior coach at Five Star Management, Dr. Birnbach is ready to assist you to achieve your best years in practice with more profit and less stress.
Dr. Birnbach is a decorated former U.S. Marine. His time in the service polished and expanded his understanding of leadership. After the service he chose Chiropractic care to rehabilitate several crippling war injuries and was so impressed with the results that he enrolled at New York Chiropractic College and graduated with academic honors. Dr. Birnbach and his wife Jeanette, also a Chiropractor, and daughter Sophia live Bellevue, WA.

Phyllis has been working in chiropractic for more than 15 years, beginning her career as a CA and growing to become office manager, staff trainer, and chiropractic coach. She’s been the guest speaker at a variety of chiropractic colleges and state associations, and was awarded the Chiropractic Assistant of the Year Award in 2000 by Parker Chiropractic College. Since 2003, she’s been empowering CAs to live the chiropractic mission through training on philosophy, purpose, office procedures, education, marketing and personal growth. Her goal in teaching is to ensure that chiropractic remains alive and vibrant.

Pam started her Five Star training just as she started working with her husband Dr. Bob Zimmerman as office manager five years ago – everyone of those years has been a best ever year for Zimmerman Chiropractic.
