Kim Klapp |
Kim Klapp, CA Motivator and Trainer. Kim is the director and coach of Assistants for Chiropractic Excellence. She is the Team Facilitator of First Choice Chiropractic of Ann Arbor and of Northville, Michigan. She has been presenting seminars across the country with her husband, Dr. Tom Klapp since 1996 on how to effectively communicate with and educate patients to foster compliance. Kim Klapp has been a speaker for the Michigan Association of Chiropractors since 1998, and numerous chiropractic coaches and state associations. She is a 1993 graduate of the University of Michigan and author of Office Systems Reference Guide.
Kim's perspective as a coach is unique; you will truly get the "best of both worlds." Her first-hand up-to-date experience as a CA and Office Manager is balanced by being a spouse of a doctor of chiropractic. |
