Q. Why "large" practices? A. There is a crying need for chiropractic care and large practices meet that need better simply by helping more people. In my experience they also deliver the best chiropractic care. Large practices are built by getting the chiropractic story to the community, delivering excellent service and staying in a patient valued relationship with the people we care for.
Q. What do you mean by "fun" procedures? A. A busy chiropractic practice with a well-trained staff and involved patients is a fun place to be, but it seldom happens by accident. Five Star has developed marketing, business and patient care procedures that are effective, efficient and enjoyable. It's just a better way to practice.
Q. What do you consider a "highly profitable" practice? A. A highly profitable practice is one where a doctor charges a reasonable price for a wonderful service while keeping the overhead under control. That can mean a profit margin of 60% to 80%! The doctor who learns to be a good patient educator and staff manager can help several times the patient volume he once did, with less "work" than in a smaller practice. In busier, well-run practices, patient satisfaction increases along with the profit.
