Hi this is Dr. Noel Lloyd and I’ve got a question for you. Have you ever felt that your practice was under a glass ceiling? Getting above or past the glass ceiling was virtually impossible and if you pushed up against it the practice would crash back down?
Another question. Do you have somebody who does your exact same technique that sees 3X the patients that you do and it feels like a game to them, when you struggle so hard to see the patients that you do? Have you lost your love for chiropractic practice? You love chiropractic, you love your patients, but just the thought of going to the clinic robs your joy.
If you suffer from any of those problems, I’ve got some great news for you. It does not have to be this way and in this short video I’m going to share with you a solution.
So here are the problems: glass ceiling that keeps your practice down, patient care protocols that make it so difficult to take care of people, and then number three I just don’t love this anymore. I love chiropractic but I don’t love practice.
Now I know what the problems are, but even better yet I know what the solution is. There is a solution for the glass ceiling that takes it away and allows growth to happen naturally. There is a solution for patient care that seems clumsy and difficult and too hard of work. There is a solution for not loving the practice anymore and I’m going to share it with you in this very next segment.
Now this is a computer. It’s called a Macintosh. Macintosh runs on an operating system that’s called Mac OS. PC’s run on windows. Now listen super, super carefully. Your clinic is hardware, the office and the equipment, and it runs on an operating system. You didn’t know that? Well maybe that might be some of the problem.
If you’ve got a great clinic operating system, growth is natural and happens organically with very little effort. Patient care protocols flow smoothly and the practice is a game again for chiropractors, CA’s, and also for the patients and I’m going to talk to you about that clinic operating system in the very next segment.
So the concept that your clinic is hardware running on software, an office operating system, might be brand new to you, but let’s think about it. Bad operating system frequently crashes, freezes, its no fun. A good operating system moves beautifully, things move quickly, it’s fun to work with, and it’s intuitive.
Here are the five things that you need in a good clinic operating systems.
Number one; it’s strong and it’s stable. It’s easy to teach, there is very, very few moving parts both doctor, patient, and the staff just love the way it works.
Number two; patient care protocols are just seamless and smooth. Taking care of patients, it’s almost like everybody’s on a water-slide. It just works on gravity and it’s fun.
Number three; speaking of fun, it’s enjoyable to be there. The systems work so well together; the operating system carries the day.
Number 4; its super profitable because it’s easy. It’s easy to see more people. You don’t do it with as many staff people. It’s very, very profitable.
Number 5, and this is so important, it’s reproducible. In other words you can add an associate to that particular clinic and it’s easy for the associate to fit in, number one, and number two it’s easy for them to be successful.
Here’s what I figure you want to do. You want to help more people, you want to have more fun, and you want to make more money. In this very, very next clip I’m going to explain to you about a live training that I’m going to do that’s going to teach the office operating system of the future. One that you’ll want to run your clinic on and one that will help you help more people, have more fun, and make more money.
Here are the dates for the live training, High Volume Low Stress, installing the associate operating system. It’s what allowed me to build my ten clinics and to find it pleasurable and fun. We’ll be training in June in Chicago on the June 3rd & 4th and in June in Seattle on the 10th and 11th.
You can click the button or click the link and find out more about the weekend. See if it isn’t exactly what you need.
Now, guest seats are limited for this particular seminar we will sell out. So if you think that you want to get rid of the glass ceiling, have patient care be much, much more fun for you, enjoy the practice again this might be exactly what you need.
This is Dr. Noel Lloyd for Five Star Management and I know that this stuff works.
