Have you ever thought, wouldn’t it be great to have a team that could actually read my mind and anticipate my every need? Well, I’m going to share with you in this short video how you lay the foundation for that.
So, you know what I’m talking about. It’s that office, that is so low stress it runs like a Swiss watch all the doctor’s clinic owner and associates and the CAs are working together in this beautiful silent symphony.
How do you lay a foundation for that? You can actually have that by the way. So, the foundation looks like this. Number one, share your chiropractic philosophy. It is the rocket fuel that powers the practice. It’s the underlying current and how you run your practice. So, share your philosophy.
Number two, share your vision. Here’s what I mean, first person, present time, how you want the clinic to run. Share your vision, give them an idea of what your recruiting them to.
And then number three, share your goals. Share your goals for new patients, regular visits, your goal for time management, share your goals
If you do that, then they can plug procedures and checklists and all the training that you do into philosophy, vision and goals and it starts to make sense and then you start playing the game behind the game.
So that’s how to have your team participate with you in that silent Symphony, which is such a low stress practice.
