How do you successfully manage five Sound Chiropractic Centers, Five Star, not get overwhelmed, PLUS – and this is the best part – have FUN doing it? Answer: By using good management tools and templates.
Super! NOW, where do you get those tools and templates? For me it meant mining them like precious gems from scores of books I’ve read – collecting key points from the best and discarding the rest. The books that have made the biggest impact I re-read and assign to key staff people – so they can benefit in the same way I have. I require book reports that we discuss at our office meetings.
This July I’m going to take you through three of my personal favorite management books. The books that were instrumental in building Sound Chiropractic, Five Star and the New Patient Academy.
But some may be thinking “I read these books decades ago, Noel!” You may have, but I believe these timeless classics still have a ton to say to us today and I want to invite you to read along with the group and join in the webinar discussions listed below. You can order the books by selecting the book title link.

Great Idea: Buy a copy of one, two or all three books for staff and bring them into program. I pay 2 hours wages for a book well read with one page book report. It’s a very effective way for everyone to get on the same page – literally.
